We analyze in the work the development of Social Thought in state of Paraná – Brazil, from of authors as Altiva Pilatti Balhana, Bento Munhoz da Rocha Netto, Brasil Pinheiro Machado and Cecília Westphalen. The Intellectuals of Paraná, many times to intervened in social, and in your text, they forged an identity to the people of Paraná. They studied the social relations, and they done an interpretation about the reality of Paraná state and your particularity. These productions insert in a context of consolidate of Paraná University like the central pole of knowledge, and also of autonomy process of Social Sciences in Paraná state by 1950.
