A atuação do poder público na formação de um ambiente inovador: uma análise do Parque Tecnológico Brigantia Ecopark em Bragança, na região Trás-os-Montes, Norte de Portugal

Resumo

A formação de um ambiente inovador, como um parque tecnológico, é resultado de esforços de vários agentes de inovação, incluindo o poder público por meio de diversos níveis governamentais, universidades e centros de pesquisa, empresas, entidades e associações. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste artigo é discutir as estratégias para a formação de um ambiente inovador em Bragança, na região Trás-os -Montes, no norte de Portugal. A metodologia adotada para este trabalho incluiu revisão bibliográfica, coleta de dados e informações, além de pesquisa de campo junto ao parque tecnológico. Os resultados revelam que a articulação entre o poder público municipal e o Instituto Tecnológico de Bragança desempenhou um papel fundamental na formação do parque tecnológico de Bragança, o Brigantia Ecopark.
