This text is the result of a study linked to the Networks of Power, Migrations and Territorial Dynamics Research Group of the Geography course at Unicentro (Guarapuava, Paraná State). The group has developed studies about the relationships of power and their association with public policies and attention given by the State to the most pressing social demands in Brazil, such as the question of housing – public housing policies, in this case the My House My Life Program, correlated with the concept of spatial justice. The housing projects of the Alto Cascavel neighborhood of Guarapuava were the object of this study, for which semi-structured questionnaires were used, incorporating open information, i.e. the inquiry could complement the questionnaire. The results were analyzed without waiting for new demands, unless they had crucial knowledge in the other evaluations that had been carried out (officially or non-officially) in the context of the theme. They, however, reinforce the urgency to rethink this system in terms of absolute space (location) and relational space (location in relation to the rendering of public and private services and diverse infrastructure).
