Abstract

Leaving of a perspective that understands the contemporary environmental crisis linked to the field of the politics and world economy, this study brings an analysis of the tendencies that comes appearing in the attempt of solving it, moving among the idea of global governança, going by the international cooperation until the local administration. It still presents, some concerning considerations to the relationships that settle down among the several actors (State-nation, ONGs, bilateral and multilateral agencies, market, etc.) that to interactive conditioning the environmental administration in all the spheres and levels of the power.
