En este artículo, discuto el concepto de la motivación, presento algunas
investigaciones desarrolladas sobre la motivación de los docentes y presento
algunos resultados de mi tesis doctoral titulada Crenças, motivação e
agenciamento político de professores de espanhol: formando uma
comunidade de prática, defendida en 2019. En mi investigación, analicé la
motivación de los docentes de español en la ciudad de Montes Claros/MG
después de la participación de estos maestros en una comunidad de práctica.
El objetivo principal de este artículo es presentar las contribuciones de mi
investigación para los avances de los estudios de lamotivación.
