This paper deals with the importance of Developmental Education for the student learning, considering
the relevance of the activity to the inner transformation of the individual. The objective of this paper is
discuss the ideas and influences of Leontiev and Davidov from the perspective of the class, leading the
teaching-learning practices and fostering new forms of education. For the methodology it used the
qualitative approach of exploratory and through literature review. It should be noted that often, activities
are given only as repetitive practices and school are not encouraged to reflect on their actions, preventing
the discovery of the significance of this act. In conclusion, the study activities are only possible through
experimentation, the object relating to the activity. To this end, the basic components of activity are the
needs and motives, goals, conditions and means of their reach, actions and operations, so there is
concrete construction of human activity and consequently learning.
