It is with great enthusiasm that we present the special issue of the Journal of Economics and Public Policy, volume 11, number 2. We highlight the inclusion of the Development Macroeconomics Bulletin in its fifth edition (vol. 3, no. 2), previous editions of which are available on the website of the Structuralist Development Macroeconomics research group: https://sdmrg.com.br/dm-bulletin.

The fifth edition of the Development Macroeconomics Bulletin is composed of five articles and two essays, distributed around two fundamental thematic axes: macroeconomics and economic development. These contributions deepen the debate on issues such as the impact of fiscal policy on macroeconomic performance, the relevance of industrialization for economic development, and the institutional and structural requirements for the transition to a green economy.
