Abstract

This article seeks to situate the African migrant and the challenges he faces far from his land, community, and culture. It considers theologians such as Gustavo Gutiérrez, Juan Luis Segundo and Leonardo Boff, it undertakes analysis on possibilities of Liberation Theology, from the sensibility of its theologian, to support the African migrant in reconnecting with his culture to ensure his
belonging to Africa by reinforcing his African identity.
