TRATAMENTO DE GESTANTES CONTAMINADAS COM COVID-19: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

Objetivo: mapear as evidências acerca do tratamento de gestantes com confirmação diagnóstica de infecção pelo SARS-CoV-2. Método: revisão de escopo, conforme o Institute Joanna Briggs e o PRISMA-ScR, com buscas em quatro bases de dados; extração, análise e síntese por quatro pesquisadores independentes de forma descritiva. Resultados: das 553 publicações, selecionaram-se 28 artigos para análise, todos no idioma inglês. Observou-se que uma pequena parcela das gestantes utilizou oxigenoterapia e um número inferior necessitou de ventilação mecânica e monitorização em CTI. Os medicamentos mais utilizados no tratamento foram: antibióticos, antivirais e a corticoterapia. Considerações finais: não se encontraram protocolos ou padronização de medicamentos no tratamento da gestante com COVID-19.
