PERSPECTIVAS DE GESTANTES EM PRÉ-NATAL NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA NO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19

Resumen

Objetivo: compreender as perspectivas de gestantes sobre a pandemia de COVID-19 durante o pré-natal na Atenção Básica. Método: pesquisa qualitativa descritiva e exploratória realizada em Unidade Básica de Saúde no interior paulista entre agosto e setembro de 2020. Participaram 19 gestantes de modo presencial e com os cuidados de biossegurança. Adotou-se a análise temática suportado pelo software on-line Taguette® e a análise lexical de conteúdo por meio do IRAMUTEQ. Resultados: emergiram três temas centrais: (1) desafios da maternidade na pandemia, (2) efeitos do isolamento social e (3) estratégias para enfrentar a COVID-19.  Considerações finais: os cuidados durante o pré-natal podem incorporar novas formas de lidar com medos, dúvidas e desejos relacionados à COVID-19 e extrapolar a dimensão individual para propor ações coletivas e intersetoriais baseados na Atenção Básica.
