Abstract

The present work is about reports of experiences lived during the supervised internship in Social Work in the Interdisciplinary Group of Socio-Environmental Studies and Development of Social Technologies in the Amazon - INTER-AÇÃO Group with the contribution of four students of Social Work, in the period from 2016 to 2019 The general objective of the study was to analyze the supervised internship in Social Work in the socioenvironmental area and among the specific ones were: to contextualize the supervised internship in Social Work in the socioenvironmental area; describe the experiences lived during the supervised internship in Social Work in the socioenvironmental area and point out the contribution of the supervised internship in the socioenvironmental area to the teaching and learning process of students in Social Work. As for the methodological procedures of the study, they are of a bibliographic, documentary and field nature, using the historical materialism method and a qualitative approach. For the collection of information, techniques and instruments were used, such as: field notebook and participant observation. The work results in the idea that the supervised internship in Social Work in the socioenvironmental area presents challenges, both in terms of financing projects that are designed and executed by professionals, and in the difficulties involving the students' supervision process. Thus, it is concluded that although there are significant contributions, it is clear that the process of precariousness in teaching and research institutions, it is necessary to strengthen these spaces so as not to lose them and fail to contribute quality services to the user population.
