Abstract

This theoretical essay aims to briefly present the theoretical approaches and divergences of the authors Marx, Engels and Gramsci on the relationship between work and education. Notes on the different perspectives will be indicated, aiming to highlight that the educational dimension has always been linked to the training process focused on the production process of the capitalist system. For this reason, the authors show the need to think about another form of education, which promotes the human development of the working class and not the development of capital. The study is based on bibliographic research and uses dialectical historical materialism.   Keywords: Work; Education; Working class.
