This essay systematizes the productions and experiences of the students who took part in the Lato Sensu Specialization Course "Agrarian, Environmental and Territorial Issues", held by the Center for Regional and Agrarian Studies and Research - NEPRA, at the State University of Montes Claros, between 2022 and 2023. The work focuses on the 30 projects presented as a requirement for completing the course, addressing the main themes and areas of activity of the participants. The essay serves as a record of the memory and training efforts involved in building the course, highlighting the constant dialogue with the territories, the pedagogies employed and the militant action of the educators and students. With this systematization, we seek to encourage debate and reflection on the role of an academic education committed to the reality of the countryside.
